Installing Invenio anew does not work anymore due to upgrade in jQuery
version.
Instead of `http://jquery-ui.googlecode.com/svn/tags/latest/ui/minified/`,
we should be using something like `http://jquery-
ui.googlecode.com/svn/tags/1.7.3/ui/minified/` in Makefile.am, as is the
case for a few libraries already.
