I've fixed this with a patch I'm about to attach. I set it to use version
1.8.7 as this is the earliest version of jquery-ui which doesn't require a
reversion to an older (pre-1.4.4) version of jquery.
I deployed Atlantis with these settings and messed around with as much
query using stuff as I could think of, and it appears to work just fine.
