 I like the idea of having multiple formats inside CFG_JOURNAL_FORM so that
 refextract selects the most adequate one using the obtained information it
 has found, capturing as much data as possible.

 I guess the list of numeration will be ordered such that the first one for
 example is the ideal one, and the subsequent ones are chosen during
 situations where there is a lack of numeration information.

 It will also likely increase the number of matched journal titles too, in
 events where a title was found, and a match is present on some basic
 numeration which would have otherwise been ignored, but is instead present
 in the list of acceptable numeration.

 I don't mind implementing this at some point :)

 Also, would this feature force some sort of universal 'best' title format
 between INSPIRE and INVENIO, rather than having two ideal forms (drop
 refextract '--inspire' flag)? (If they share CFG_JOURNAL_FORM)
