#103: BibMatch: option for outputting modified record

For the purpose of use cases related to uploading or updating records,
adding an option to output a modified record upon match in BibMatch may
prove useful.
This modified record will be identical to the checked/inputted record with
added datafields (e.g 970 SPIRES ID) to make BibUpload detect that this
record exists and update it instead of it becoming a new record.
In order to make this match as accurate as possible, the current fuzzy
matching may need to be improved.
