BibMatch: option for altering record ID
* Added new command line option -a (--alter-recid) which will
add or replace the '001' controlfield from the matched records id
to the input records output, i.e. for use with BibUpload.
(closes #103)
* Updated documentation and added usage with examples.
* Added regression test.
