My patch is installed on our server tislnx1. It creates these options in
the main invenio.conf file, however, I think Sam's ideas are better. I
agree that it needs to check if jobs are running and DTRT if so.
I will improve this at some point, but not in the next few months...so if
someone gets excited to do it, please take it from me.
