inveniocfg should have some other options:
--create-database
--drop-database
I think it would be ok to require the user to save the mysql connection
information and root password aside (for example in a file in the user's
home directory) to be able to run this. Or simply pause for them to be
entered by the user; this certainly is no more annoying that pausing for
Enter during the configure process.
