Actually I have updated the submission guide at the time, taking the old
guide and constructing one big page, and it was included in the release of
the time -- but I did not closed the ticket.
Now that the guide needs to be updated e.g. with respect to the SRV
functionality and the deprecated MESS functions, we can as well leave this
task open and you can take it. :)

When doing so, follow the model used by other Admin Guides:
one big (printable) page with configuration and running parts,
not many small pages.
