Yes, that sounds fine to me.  A few initial questions:

1) Importing:  Wiki pages import from twiki, is there a script?   Tickets from 
Savannah, looks like we might be able to mine the SQL? 

2)  Will content be user facing?  Configurable into sections that are 
restricted or not?  (For me I think Tickets should be user facing with the 
metadata, not the comments, wiki should be mostly internal, but possibly some 
external stuff, and Blog could be used to announce new features and even to 
fill the announce box of inspire.

3) If we run a separate instance for INSPIRE, can we unify number space for the 
tickets?  We have the issue that many INSPIRE related issues are actually fixed 
in the invenio codebase, so having the numberspace for the tickets be unified 
might be useful for, say an integrator closing tickets from git logs, among 
other things.
