To do this it looks like we need to enable a few permissions in the trac accounts: Permissions for BLOG_VIEW, BLOG_COMMENT, BLOG_MODIFY_OWN, BLOG_MODIFY_ALL, BLOG_ADMIN. This would be cool to do soon and we can look at how it integrates with the INSPIRE front page. (btw, you'll see I tried to run trac-admin to add this, but I don't have admin privs there.
