Sam, please add some configuration parameters in order to govern the behaviour of FFT, e.g. CFG_BIBUPLOAD_FFT_TIMEOUT = 50 (number of seconds after which a wget attempt is killed), CFG_BIBUPLOAD_FFT_ATTEMPTS = 3 (number of times we shall try to wget the object).
