An intelligent indexing of the journal pub info is needed.
A standard format should be configurable (e.g. "title volume (year) page").
The standard format should be the same as used by the reference extractor.
(This intelligent journal index will then be used by the citation indexer to
speed up its lookups. But the current demo data is not fully clean
citation-wise, see the task #5703.)
