with the latest series of commits I've introduced some modifications to handle
signals sent to running BibTasks (e.g. by pressing Ctrl-C or Ctrl-Z or
through the BibSched monitor). Tasks should now pause or stop only in places
where the developer feels correct to. In any case loose of synchronization
with MySQL error messages should happen nomore.
Please feel free to test this by running latest BibIndex, BibUpload, WebColl,
BibReformat, BibRank and trying to stop or put them in pause. Let me know if
bad errors still happens...
Note that by pressing Ctrl-C a task still end with printing a stack-trace but
this is correct and in any case it should end only in safe positions.
