Cf. conversation on #314.
Sometimes the LaTeX in the LaTeX CV format titles isn't quite right. In
particular, < prints as ยก unless you have special font packs installed.
We should probably do one of:
* Fixing LaTeX CV output on the fly, with e.g., \lt and \gt or $>$ etc.
* Fixing LaTeX CV output on the fly by insisting on particular font packs
(undesirable because we don't know what people have)
* Crowdsourcing the fixing of our data so that we have nicely Texified
titles everywhere.
