BibClassify: better test suite
* Improves the tests by explicitly catching the redirected output,
limiting the verbosity and also adds more terms into the test taxonomy.
* Moves the tests that depend on the test records to the regression part.
(addresses #817)
* Replaces paths with dynamic discovery of recid path/url.
* Creates BibClassifyTestCase as a base for all tests.
