Sorry, slipped.. there was a typo in the test that checks results. So
instead of check_pdf2(results), it was using check_pdf1(results) -- the
one for full paper extraction. Fixed in the
https://github.com/romanchyla/invenio/tree/bibclassify-fix-tests
