The BibCatalog module provides currently an abstract class and only one
real implementation using Best Practical's RT ticket system. For Invenio
sites not using RT, it would be desirable to offer a simple email-based
ticketing system as an out-of-the-box simplistic alternative. The Invenio
administrator would configure an email address and the ticket submission
would basically mean to send emails to that address. The ticket search
and other goodies can be simply ignored, as we don't want to go into IMAP
search and stuff. It should be enough to offer ticket submission facility
only and the site admins would use their MUAs to inspect the ticket queue,
to search for tickets, to delete tickets, and stuff in a manual way.
