#900: WebSearch: impose a collection order for the search results

It would be nice for the admins to have a way of imposing a certain
collection order when displaying the search results. Currently, there is
no order defined.
There could be several options, that the admin could chose from in the
WebSearch Admin Interface:(i) order by number of results, (ii) order
alphabetically (less probable, but maybe there are some use cases), (iii)
order based on the collection tree, (iv)...
