Hello, after some work, I've created a new format for a particular type of records on a new 0.99.1 test instance. For this format I've created the full and brief versions. I've gone through the web interface and also the command line, because sometimes I got lost in the web interface.
Then I've gone through Home > Admin Area > BibFormat Admin > Manage Output Formats to have the list of formats, including my two new ones: http://localhost/admin/bibformat/bibformatadmin.py/output_formats_manage?ln=en I click on them to see this dialog: Define here the rules the specifies which template to use for a given record. Use template [my full template] if field [980.a] is equal to [mycollection] [Remove Rule 1] And so on. What I'm not able to see is where to define the brief and the full versions it. Your help is appreciated.
