Yes, you can check out the progress at the Savannah page: <https://savannah.cern.ch/task/?8004>. > One other question I have is there any way to tidy up/categorize the > way harvested material are presented? Yes, you can use the WebSearch Admin interface in order to define several collections and organize them into a tree in order to categorize uploaded records into separate collections. See the WebSearch Admin Guide at <http://invenio-demo.cern.ch/help/admin/websearch-admin-guide>. However, in the next Indico release you will have a possibility to use easily your native Indico event tree for categorization and even to hide your Invenio instance altogether, so that your users will only get to see the Indico instance in the front end, while the Invenio instance will stay hidden in the back end. This is how the Indico search functionality is now deployed at CERN, for example try to search for the word `model' in the search box on the page <http://indico.cern.ch/> and in some of the sub-categories of the event tree. This new Indico Search feature is only present in the CVS repo so far, and my Indico colleagues can tell you more about when this feature might get released as stable. Then you will not have to create any categories on the Invenio side at all. (Assuming that you use your Invenio instance solely as a search engine to your Indico documents only, not for other documents. If that is not the case, then it would still be reasonable to maintain the two sites visible to the public.) Best regards -- Tibor Simko ** CERN Document Server ** <http://cds.cern.ch/>
