Looking at URLs like <http://invenio.triumf.ca/record/1234/export/xm>, it seems that you have not uploaded any metadata from your Indico site to your Invenio site. (You should have seen something like <http://invenio-demo.cern.ch/record/12/export/xm> there.) How did you set up your Indico-to-Invenio harvesting?
