This is kind of strange as the revision should always ends with a ".0"...

Nope. And actually it's strange that you have a revision that does not exist 
in the history of records...

Indeed dropping the 005 would do the trick...

But if you can ticketize this with more details we can work on a real solution 
:-)

BTW note that all these revision business are being greatly improved in 
separate branches that are not yet fully integrated into Invenio...
