I guess the best way would be to propagate incoming 005 automatically everywhere, if it is set in the incoming input MARCXML file. In this way one could easily move stuff between various Invenio instances. We already have a ticket for such a facility: http://invenio-software.org/ticket/1604 but BibUpload does not do it yet and there is no one working on this feature right now...
