If you post to the list, the system checks your sending address to see whether it matches your subscribed address. If they don't match, the post is refused. In other words, the posting to p-i-d is restricted to members only. We are doing it in order to minimise spam. I see that you are subscribed to p-i-d with your CERN address, whilst you tried to post with your FNAL address. Hence refusal. The solution is to either send your mail to p-i-d under your CERN identity, or else to re-subscribe to p-i-d with your FNAL address, not your CERN address. Best regards -- Tibor Simko
