Perhaps you have not run: $ sudo -u www-data make -s install-pdfa-helper-files which is tagged as `optional' in the INSTALL file, but without which conversions to PDF/A would not work. See also <http://invenio-software.org/ticket/197>. Best regards -- Tibor Simko
