indeed you can simply ignore these error, upon installing the demo site.
Basically everytime a text extraction or file conversion fails an error is
reported in the log and an email is sent to the admin. This is because it
might underline some bad configuration problem.
However some error might simply due to the input file not being easily
convertible by the available softwares (e.g. these .ps that come with the demo
installation might not always be convertible to pdf, etc.)
There is not much that can be done, since this error don't depend directly on
Invenio but rather on available software and input files.
On a production environment, you might want to check these error e.g. in case
you were expecting all documents to be converted in a particular format and
this procedure to fail every time (thus underlining a missing software package
or similar).
