Yeah, webcoll does basically two things after it finds which records
belong to which collections: (i) it updates collection record list
accordingly; (ii) it updates collection web page cache accordingly.  
The collection splash pages are pre-cached for speed.

You can invoke only one of these webcoll parts, if needed, via `-p'
argument.  For example, to update only the collection web page cache
files in French:

   $ sudo -u www-data webcoll -u admin -f -p 2 -l fr -v 9

See `webcoll --help'.
