[Sorry, if you get this mail twice - I suspect it didn’t get through the first
two times...]

Hi,
I’m a new user of Invenio, trying to set it up for a small digital library
project.
I’m the IT/Webdesign guy, having experience with Python, esp. Django, and
hosting it, rest of the team will provide translations, media and metadata.
The system will get fed only by a few admins, our users won’t have an user
account and will just search and read.

After some dependency struggles I got my test installation running on a Debian
Squeeze VPS and my Laptop running Ubuntu 12.04 LTS. (I'll check my notes
against the official Howto and provide an update, if you care.)

Now, I got some questions on how to proceed - I’m missing "Setup" documentation
between "Installation" and "Administration".

* How do I get rid of the demo data? Should I just delete the database and
install anew or is there a better way?

* I’ll get my metadata in Excel files. As far as I understand BibConvert docs,
there seems no way to process CSV files directly. Is that right or can you hint
me on a sample? Otherwise I’d write some Python script to convert our tables to
MARC XML - or would you go via some other text format to convert via BibConvert?

* I guess I still don’t understand some basic concepts of Invenio, e.g. what
modules and stuff I must set up all in all - I was playing with WebSubmit and
trying to set up all the fields that we need, but since we’ll batch upload, I
don’t know if that makes sense at all.
So, if we got MARC XML (via BibConvert or my own script), do I need to setup
any field mappings or the like?

Thanks in advance for your help!
