I suspect you are seeing these troubles due to newer (or better say recent) LibreOffice version that Invenio does not support well yet. We have a ticket about this, please see: http://invenio-software.org/ticket/1505 Until this is solved, (recent) LibreOffice conversions won't work... Best regards -- Tibor Simko
