I think it arises from the named virtual hosting of moinmoin wiki together with invenio at the same IP address. uri:"/RecentChanges" is the standard page for wiki, but I do not follow how it is invoked by the invenio handler to raise a 404 error during a Submit or Search by anonymous? It most certainly has nothing to do with the browser, though I'll check that out.
