There are several areas in the lhs panel entitled Record, Fields, View, Holding pen, Undo/redo, History. The Delete/Submit buttons live inside the Record area, hence they apply to records. I agree the UI could be made more intuitive e.g. by better visual separation of said areas... Best regards -- Tibor Simko
