Hello! I have not tried it on the revision you specify, but it may work to launch bibsched, enter automatic mode, then disable automatic mode again and exit bibsched.
This has been reported to work in some cases. Perhaps it is time to file an issue about it. Can you report back if it works or not? Thanks!
