Good that it worked. The issue is probably in `pre_check_bibsched()`: https://github.com/inveniosoftware/invenio/blob/master/modules/miscutil/lib/inveniocfg_upgrader.py#L790-814 I remember amending it in the past already, precisely for this very reason.
