The FFT correct mode works slightly differently than the metadata correct mode, see the BibUpload Admin Guide. In order to attach a brand new file to an existing record, the FFT append mode should be used. So yes, your solution (FFT -a) is indeed intended. What was the error? Was it descriptive enough? If not, we should probably fix it. (BTW, note that you could also use `bibdocfile' CLI calls in order to attach your fulltext files, not creating FFT stubs.) > BTW: this repeatable field issue in -c mode can be quite dangerous.
