We had plans for a lightweight BibEdit mode that would display only necessary logical fields to the end user to edit, hiding the big MARC table with physical tags. Kind of like: `/record/10/edit?fields=firstauthor,title' leading to a form with two text input fields only. The backend would take care of propagating edited values to their proper destinations. Now that we have WebDeposit and BibField, we could do this relatively easily in the `next' branch. Best regards -- Tibor Simko
