Candidate must have experience with Open Texts Content Lifecycle Management Services for Microsoft Sharepoint product. Candidates MUST have good Sharepoint AND Livelink experience *Purpose ======= * The purpose of this project is to review and assess the current state of Livelink and its integration with SharePoint and to make recommendations for improvements and use. * Task Requirements ================= * *Task 1: Assess Current State of Livelink Implementation * ------------------------------------------------------- Review existing state of Livelink production instance. Determine what modules are installed or have been purchased and how they are currently used or could be used in relation to the Records Management policies and procedures being followed. Review existing folder structures and projects. Determine how they are organized, what documents they contain, what permissions are applied, and what metadata (Categories) is captured. Discuss any recommendations or different options for improvements. *Task 2: Assess Current State of SharePoint Integration with Livelink * -------------------------------------------------------------------- Review installation and configuration of Open Text Content Lifecycle Management Services for MS SharePoint. Determine the types of archiving methodologies currently being used. Discuss with key personnel including the Records Manager, what documents are being archived or marked for archival. Discuss and review archiving options from SharePoint into Livelink. Review current Records Management configuration in Livelink. Review any existing RSI#s, classifications, and disposition reports in Livelink. Identify and discuss use cases for the documents# pre and post upload to SharePoint and/or Livelink. *Task 3: Make Recommendations for Improvements and Usage * ------------------------------------------------------- Based on assessments of current system state and usage of Livelink and SharePoint, make final recommendations on how RM policies and procedures can best be applied to controlled documents. Advise on which archiving methodologies should be used and determine optimal processes for the upload and archival of documents within the given software.
