§  Must have experience as a UDB DBA on UNIX/Linux platforms that includes
shell or perl scripting.  DBA experience on Windows is a plus.

   - UDB DBA 8.x, 9.x experience (most important) - 6+ years with product.
   Senior Oracle/RAC 10g / 11g experience is also preferred.
   - Senior UDB / Oracle-RAC DBA. On-going BAU work, BCP fail-over support,
   on-call support, and projects. Role is  for global production DBA
   support for NA/UK/EMEA infrastructure. UDB/DB2 DBA to
   perform "Business As Usual" work in support and work on forecasted and
   funded  investments projects .

*SAP HCM Business Analyst*

We are looking for a contract role in the SAP HCM space with a functional
consultant in the Payroll and Time space.  This individual needs to
have *excellent
communication* *skills* as they will be directly interfacing with the
business but also a deep functional knowledge in the SAP Payroll and Time
space.  The individual will be the lead business analyst in the SAP HCM
Payroll and Time space.  They will *not* be configuring the system but will
be required to know how it works and clearly document/communicate this with
the business.

I am looking to fill this role immediately for 90 days initially.

·         Serve as a focal point, mentor, and advocate for application
business analysis activities within the company. Champion efforts to ensure
appropriate requirements gathering and documentation as well as thorough
software testing and release management.

·         SAP functional expert to manage SAP PY and TM business
requirements for US (its territories) and Canadian operations.

·         Create (End to End) business requirements, functional
specifications, test plans, use cases and training materials.

·         Deep SAP HCM experience required. Minimum of 5-10 years of
progressive experience managing business processes with retail systems and
processes.  Minimum 5 years hands on SAP HCM experience in PY/TM, HCM
go-live implementation experience, and at least one cycle doing an ERP
upgrade.  Minimum 2-3 years in progressive experience managing SAP HCM year
end projects specifically in the payroll space.

·         Advanced functional experience with SAP Claims, Garnishments and
Tax processes and experience with ADP.

·         Deep experience with complex contract payroll rules and
processes.

·         A deep knowledge of payroll processes, rules, and laws for
US/Canadian payroll including experience and knowledge of  gross-net
payroll, taxes, garnishments and forms.

·         A general knowledge of PA/OM/Benefits, Comp, Talent Management
ESS/MSS and how they interact/integrate with Payroll/Time.

·         Self-motivated and discipline to meet deadlines with speed,
accuracy and professional attitude.

·         Develop project-based-enhancements, gather requirements and input
for enhancements, develop functional specifications, perform testing, and
put into production

·         Interface with vendors (specifically ADP)

·         Prepare and execute application and functional testing scenarios
and program specifications pertaining to SAP HR area.

·         Develop/deliver updated documentation, due to corrections, changes
or upgrades in the system.

·         Respond to issues as they arise, learn to use tools and processes
to manage support tickets, navigate SAP system, perform analysis and
research complex problems that might include things with the environment
that require escalating.
