UDB/DB2 DBA to perform "Business As Usual" work in support and work on forecasted and funded investments projects . *Position-2)* *SAP HCM Business Analyst* *3+ months*** *Phoenix, AZ* We are looking for a contract role in the SAP HCM space with a functional consultant in the Payroll and Time space. This individual needs to have *excellent communication* *skills* as they will be directly interfacing with the business but also a deep functional knowledge in the SAP Payroll and Time space. The individual will be the lead business analyst in the SAP HCM Payroll and Time space. They will *not* be configuring the system but will be required to know how it works and clearly document/communicate this with the business. I am looking to fill this role immediately for 90 days initially. · Serve as a focal point, mentor, and advocate for application business analysis activities within the company. Champion efforts to ensure appropriate requirements gathering and documentation as well as thorough software testing and release management. · SAP functional expert to manage SAP PY and TM business requirements for US (its territories) and Canadian operations. · Create (End to End) business requirements, functional specifications, test plans, use cases and training materials. · Deep SAP HCM experience required. Minimum of 5-10 years of progressive experience managing business processes with retail systems and processes. Minimum 5 years hands on SAP HCM experience in PY/TM, HCM go-live implementation experience, and at least one cycle doing an ERP upgrade.
