Microsoft SMS 2003/SCCM 2007  Experience required (min 3-5 years) Primary
role will be in support of our SMS environment, with secondary role being
normal Wintel support.

Senior Support Engineer will have responsibility for support and maintenance
of Citizens Bank¿s critical Microsoft Windows Server Infrastructure. This
individual works on the Wintel Operations Team and works in conjunction with
multiple technology groups and business units to maintain a stable, robust
server environment.  The Senior Support Engineer must be able to work
independently with the ability to work with others in a widely disbursed and
fast paced team environment.



Demonstrated hands-on expertise with, Win2000/3 Server, Active Directory and
other Microsoft BackOffice products.

Proven understanding of MS Windows O/S networking technology including
Domains, Trusts, Active Directory sites, Security, DHCP, DDNS, IIS, ISA

Knowledge of Kerberos protocol client-server exchange.

Develop and maintain service availability metrics and statistics.

Handle Tier 2 calls escalated from the Technology Service Center and provide
7X24 on call support on a rotating basis for the server environment.

Provide support, or participate in after-hours activities such as upgrades
and implementations that may occur on evenings or weekends.

Maintain servers located in all Citizens Bank locations.

Timely escalation of issues to senior management and to vendor resources.

Monitor, troubleshoot and repair all server hardware and o/s problems.

Minimum five years experience supporting Information Technology in a large
environment
Current MCSE certification in Windows 2000 / 2003 a must
Proven hands-on experience in deploying and troubleshooting Microsoft Active
Directory and Microsoft Exchange 2000/2003 in a multi-site, multi-OU
environment
Applicant must have current Microsoft 2000 or 2003  MCSE certification with
demonstrated problem solving and troubleshooting skills in a production
environment.
Applicant must have 5 or more years in hands-on administrative/maintenance
in a multi-site, large install base with a Windows NT/2000.
High Level Skills and 2+ years experience in a large Citrix environment.
Must have proven track record of working in a support environment and the
ability to interact between Executive banking representatives and Senior IT
staff to plan for and resolve complex technology based problems.
Exceptional problem solving and communications skills are a must.


Development Skills:
Working knowledge of VBScript, WMI, ADSI, and database scripting.
Working knowledge of Microsoft PowerShell.
Working knowledge of VB.Net, ASP.Net, and database programming primarily
geared towards web based applications.
Working knowledge of Access databases, SQL Server 2005 databases.
Working knowledge of HTML and JavaScript.
Experience writing scripts and batch files to be used for deployment
purposes such as SMS 2003 jobs.
Experience automating repetitive processes such as disk cleanups and other
issue remediation.

HYPERION DEVELOPER – DESCRIPTION **



The primary responsibility of the Hyperion Developer will be to work closely
with and act as a liaison between Corporate Finance and IT to enhance and
implement the Hyperion Planning environment and to ensure the business needs
are communicated and addressed throughout the development phases.

The Hyperion Developer is responsible for the development and maintenance
tasks associated with the existing Essbase and Hyperion Cubes ensuring that
the development aligns with appropriate architectural guidelines. They will
be expected to maintain a strong working knowledge of the IT project
lifecycle and understand and participate in proper version control and
change management processes. The developer should be able to add value to
the Hyperion Planning environment by creating code methodologies that are
flexible and efficient.



REQUIRED SKILLS:**

Hyperion Knowledge - Subject Matter Expert

·         Minimum 5+ years of solid Hyperion Planning development experience
in the business or IT field a must**

·         Minimum 3+ years of development experience with Hyperion EPM
products**

·         Minimum 3+ years of hands on development experience using
Oracle/Hyperion Essbase**

·         Strong working knowledge in Hyperion System 11 products (HFM,
Planning, OBIEE, etc.)**

·         Strong working knowledge of SQL Server and/or Oracle database
