Superior people skills: team-oriented, fast learner and personable Health plan experience a plus *Description:* The QA Analyst is responsible for developing and executing formal test plans to ensure the delivery of a quality web application. Reviews functional requirements to design specifications and create solid QA test plans and test cases Track and report QA metrics such as defects, defect counts, test results, and test status Thoroughly document details of issues; reviewing and communicating issues with core team members Develop reusable test data and test case automation Analyze results and improve future testing iterations Write/use SQL queries to validate application data Coordinate manual and automated test execution.
