Job Title: Business Systems Analyst Location: Minneapolis, MN Duration: 12+ Months Contract LOCALS !!! F2F Interview Required !!! Project Description: The projects will vary but will be working on maintaining and updating the customer browse experience. What are the MUST have skills and technologies that you are looking for in a candidate? Strong BA Recent Agile experience - within the past year Writing stories and pulling that information from the stakeholder Technical background Development background would be nice Not a business BA, more of a technical BA Strong user experience Ecommerce experience Able to take a user story and break it down into a development task Retail experience is a plus Responsibilities/Deliverables that the resource will be responsible for: Gather requirements Work with product team, development team, user experience team and any stakeholders Help document user stories and lead design discussion to break those into development tasks Available through delivery to answer questions and do research as needed Participate in the QA space What are the soft skills that you feel candidates must-have in order to be successful in this role?
