Job Title: Project Manager Location: Bingham Farms, MI Duration: 6+ Months Contract Max Rate: $45/hr We are looking for software development & App Dev experience. There are a variety of projects that need coverage. Immediately, they will be taking over the management of a release that will start in March Must be Software PM's - NOT infrastructure Must have release Management exp Should be PMP certified and also be SCRUM certified (or at least a lot of SCRUM exp) Qualifications / Requirements BS/BA required. MBA desired. Minimum of 3-5 years of Project Management/Planning experience. (3+ years preferred) PMP certification desired. (Manager can select additional qualifications/requirements as desired): 1-3 years of technical project management experience Must have good analytical problem solving skills Proactive personality and proven leadership skills Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle(s) Above average organization, interpersonal, & communication skills Demonstrated ability to multi-task Action-oriented Experience interacting with internal & external stakeholders Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work as a team member Experience building successful client relationships or internal team relationships Ability to design programs and tasks Ability to proactively identify and recommend program improvements Outstanding attention to detail combined with the ability to see the big picture. Experience managing geographically diverse teams.
