Please find below description and forward resumes to and...@stansource.com Title: Solution Architect (OR) Software Architect with Mobile Development Exp Location: Mountain View, CA Duration: Long Term Description: *Responsibilities* · Develop E2E engagement flow for the new onboarding vendors and partners · Drive development of technical solutions working closely with Product manager, Engineering Manager and External Teams · Manage Vendor roadmap and drive business reviews for feasibility · Map business requirements to detail systems/technical requirements · Work with Business manager to develop contract, SOW and SLAs · Monitor SLAs pro-actively and provide reports · Provide engineering requirements coverage in contract and agreement negotiations · Develop vendor and partner KPIs · Monitor KPIs and provide reports · Manage day to day workflow and transactions for each partnership · Drive milestones and artifacts across the External teams · Proactively manage impediments and use expertise and leadership to affect results · Conduct risk management and escalations · Manage communication and document agreements and process · Organize and manage meetings, document notes and actions and actively drive follow-ups · Conduct and maintain project tracking and information systems · Channel Vendor project data to roadmap management · Conduct Kickoff/RCAs/Retrospectives with vendor teams and drive continuous improvements *Experience and Skills:* · Must be experienced in consumer facing app · Must have experience mobile platforms (such as Android, ios), html and/or backend systems · Must be experienced in software release/deployment for mobile app · Must be experienced in Technical Product Management and solution architect · Must have Experience in developing engagement technical solutions with Vendors, Partners or Professional Services · Excellent Technical documentation skills · Demonstrable organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities. · Ability to interact and build relationships with cross-functional technical and non-technical groups, spanning all levels and disciplines · Expert MS tools user (e.g. Power Point and Excel). · Expert at developing transparency and effective communication · Well-organized with project information (recording, tracking, reporting) · Demonstrated ability to provide audience appropriate detail · Keen ability to identify, analyze and mitigate risks · Excellent negotiation skills and ability to drive decision making · Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous situations, work in fast paced environment, willingness to adapt to change · Demonstrated experience facilitating dynamic meetings, coordinating among high-energy participants and influencing towards productive results · Ultimate team player. Collaborative yet passionate and motivating *Qualifications:* · 2+ years in Technical Product Management, solution architect or other customer facing role · 5+ years in Engineering role · 5+ years or more experience in technology/software industry · 2+ years managing large-scale, aggressive, and dynamic technical projects. · Excellent written and verbal communication skills · Proven leadership in teamwork and team building · Experience in the mobile/web services market · BA/BS(or equivalent degree) Thanks & Regards….
