Would not the iblio.org solution be ready? Nobody want to block iso
distribution. Iso should be removed from dl.gna.org (or, as I
suggested before, put in directory with restricted access) when it is
possible to give pointers to ftp sites containing the iso.

It's not like if we cannot wait, what we need is to get a precise idea
of the estimated timeline.
