I've fixed the ezt templates, but ViewCVS also needs some fixes in its source 
code because it generates invalid URLs (using '&' instead of '&' in CGI URLs).



Since we have to cope with various ViewCVS shortcomings and Debian does not 
want to maintain the Woody version, we'll have to maintain our own patchset.

Yes, viewcvs is a pain to configure. I really need to spend some time on 
Treegrou that will integrate easily with Savane.
