Hello,

I'd like to amend the Constitution on 2 specifics points:

Article 4. <https://gna.org/about/#art4>

        I'd like to replace
"proprietary software is not necessarily commercial
            software"
        by
"commercial software is not necessarily proprietary
            software"
It means more or less the same, but it is better in my opinion
to focus on the fact that commercial software can be Libre
Software instead of the fact that proprietary software is not
the only software that can be commercial on earth.

Preamble <https://gna.org/about/#preamble>

        I'd like to replace
"When we speak about software, we mean the software code"
        by
"When we speak about software, we usually mean program"

That point was made to make clear that we usually consider
program as the GNU project do, in the restricted sense of the
word software, not by opposition to hardware.

That's all. There is no change in spirit but in the letter.

I wait for your vote, Vincent and Loic, in a gpg-signed mail sent on
this list.

Regards,
