You bet, Gna! is still running mainly thanks to you.
Quoting the constitution: "This Constitution can be amended by a vote
at the absolute majority (51%), requiring unanimity of the Constitutive
members"
Strange wording I realize now. The absolute majority is 50% btw. We
could start to clarify things. Let's vote and require unanimity for this
constitution update, I guess that's what was meant in the first place.
==
Amendment 1: Replace the two occurences of "absolute majority (51%)"
by "absolute majority". Reason: the 51% threshold is incorrect, and
absolute majority is a well defined notion.

Amendment 2: Replace the last (4th) paragraph of article 5 with
"Unanimity of the Constitutive members is required to amend this
constitution.". Reason: the constitution is small, simple and hopefully
stable - and Gna! users should rely on these properties; let's make
amendments rare and highly motivated. The part about the quitting member
is merely redundant with the definition of active member in the previous
paragraph.

Amendment 3: Add Sylvain Beucler as Gna! Constituve member. Reason: he
has been the main force behind Gna! for at least 3 years (more ?).
