Having hundreds of bugzillas isn't so nice either.  I have to say I'm
somewhat opposed to this, because if I have a bug in xulwidgets or
abacus that depends on a jslib bug, there's no way to deal with that
in a multi-bugzilla environment.  We can't even mark bugs as dependent
on a mozilla.org bug right now.
