Rikwanto said Sunday as quoted by tribunnews.com. He added that police had summoned Ari for questioning but to no avail because he was traveling abroad. Sutrisno and Mariati, directors of PT Krakatau Wajatama, filed a report against Ari on Oct. 27, 2011, after Ari’s company failed to implement a soil-dredging project upon PT Krakatau Wajatama’s land in Cilegon, Banten. PT. Krakatau Wajatama had paid Rp 2.5 billion in advance to Ari’s company PT Dinamika Daya Andalan.
