Fatwa menanggapi posisi Jakarta yang paling tinggi tingkat korupsinya dilihat data per-provinsi, sebagaimana yang diungkapkan PPATK, "Memang banyak keluhan tentang pelayanan di Pemda, termasuk pemeliharaan asset-asset DKI Jakarta, seperti bekas kantor Walikota Jakarta Barat yang jatuh ke tangan sebuah yayasan dan Pemda DKI harus membayar 40 M ke yayasan tersebut".
