Itu karena cewek tsb bagi Bung Wawan belum bisa membikin bandul dari menunjuk pukul 6 (kebawah) menjadi pukul 3 ( horizontal).Sedang si DPR tadi karena sampai memperkosa mungkin bukan pukul 3 bahkan bisa jadi pukul 12 (keatas).
